Customer Charter / Terms of Business

  • Collection and delivery can be pre-booked, up to four weeks in advance.
  • Minimum order value for free collection and delivery within local area is £12.00; orders under £12.00 may be charged at £3.00 for collection and delivery.
  • Due to the possibilities of traffic hold-ups etc, collection and delivery times are given as a guideline only, specific times (1 hour window) may be bookable at £3.00 a time.
  • Collection and delivery may not be made in adverse weather conditions.
  • Missed appointments may be charged at £3.00.
  • Please ensure all pockets etc, are emptied before submitting for processing.
  • We are unable to process garments without a care instruction label.
  • For service wash please separate whites/colours & darks.(Service wash = 6kg)
  • Wire hangers and garment bags are supplied free of charge as required.
  • All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of garments.
  • Uncollected garments will be held/stored for a maximum of 6 weeks following completion of works, after which they may be disposed of.
  • A fee of £3.00 may be charged to retrieve garments from storage.
  • Ironed-4-u reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice.
  • Payment by way of either cash or cheque (with valid card).
  • We aim to complete all orders within 48 hours (2 days, excluding Sunday). At certain times a same day or next day service may be available.
  • Ironed-4-u will not be held liable for consequential losses however caused.
  • All work is covered by our 100% no quibble guarantee.
